Operational Plan
The nursery is open Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm all year round except for Christmas week and Bank Holidays.
To register your child in the nursery a registration form, completed child information sheet and half of the first week's fee are required. This fee is non-refundable, but, on joining, will be deducted from your first week's fee.
All fees are payable monthly in advance by cash, bank card or standing order and should be paid on the first day of the month.
All accidents are entered in the accident book and must be signed by both a member of staff and counter-signed by the parent. There are certain times when, because of illness, your child will be excluded from nursery; details of these exclusions will be given to you when you visit the nursery.
There is no reduction for sickness or holidays including bank holidays and there is also no swapping of missed sessions. Any pre-arranged additional sessions must be paid for on the day.
The nursery has a no smoking policy at all times.
The nursery must be informed if another person is collecting your child and a password must be given and on collection the nursery staff must be presented with this password. Please ring the nursery if you know that you are going to be late.
One month's notice in writing is required to withdraw your child from nursery (or a month's fee in lieu is charged).
