Our OxtonNursery
Our Oxton nursery is located on the Wirral just minutes from both tunnels and Birkenhead Town Centre. It is set in two large Victorian houses which have been specially designed to accommodate up to 82 children providing high quality childcare.
As well as the colourful and stimulating interior rooms, there is also a large grassed play area to the rear, accommodating a full range of outdoor equipment, complete with 3 safety surfaced areas. Here the children can run, laugh and play together in complete safety.
What do we do?
We do so much in nursery - more than you could ever imagine - from painting, drawing, running, jumping, dancing, reading, eating, laughing and learning - exciting things like how a tadpole becomes a frog and how to say hello in French and rhythm and ................. Outdoor Play
We strongly believe outdoor play is important to our children.
Here at Oxton we have five lovely areas where the children can play in complete safety (ROSPA standard). We have the bark area with climbing frame, our swing area, two soft surface areas and a large grassed area. Sometimes outdoors is just where the children want to be, they can run and play, ride cars and bikes or just develop friendships. Outdoors our children can gain confidence in what they can do and these outdoor spaces give them the freedom to be safely adventurous
