Operational Plan
The nursery is open Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6pm all year round and only closes for Bank Holidays.
To register your child in the nursery a registration form, completed child information sheet and half of the first week's fee are required. This fee is non-refundable, but, on joining, will be deducted from your first week's fee.
There is no reduction for sickness, holidays or bank holidays and there is also no swapping of missed sessions. Any pre-arranged additional sessions must be paid for on the day.
All fees are payable monthly in advance by debit/credit card or standing order and should be received on the first day of the month. A discount of 15% is given to children with siblings attending the nursery.
All accidents are recorded on to an accident form and must be signed by both a member of staff and counter-signed by the parent. We ensure that every accident no matter how small, is written down to ensure all parents are informed with all the details.
There are certain times when, because of illness, your child will be excluded from nursery; details of these exclusions are available on request.
The nursery has a no smoking policy at all times.
The nursery must be informed if another person is collecting your child.
Please ring the nursery if you know that you are going to be late.
One month's notice in writing is required to withdraw your child from nursery (or a month's fee in lieu is charged).
